  • 2009 FSA Plan Year Filing Deadline
    Faculty and staff who participated in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) program for the 2009 plan year (January 1 – December 31, 2009) are reminded that the deadline for submitting reimbursement requests is March 31. Eligible expenses had to be incurred between January 1, 2009 and February 28, 2010. Forms may be sent via US mail, postmarked by March 31, or dropped off by 5 p.m. at Suite 300, 1590 North High Street. Requests received after March 31 will not be processed and any remaining balance will be forfeited per IRS guidelines. To verify your current account balance, sign-in at FSA Online.   • Dependent Eligibility Certification
    The university is requiring faculty and staff to certify eligibility for any dependent(s) they are covering on the health plan(s). The university has contracted with ACS HR Solutions to perform the eligibility certification. Read more.
  • Payroll Services has Moved to Blankenship Hall
    Payroll Services has moved from the South Campus Gateway to Blankenship Hall, 2nd floor. Employees with Payroll specific questions should go to Blankenship Hall, 2nd floor, for assistance. More information is available at hr.osu.edu/payroll.
  • Win $50 Through the PHA Award Drawings
    There’s yet another reason to complete your Personal Health Assessment (PHA)! Starting in February, the Office of Human Resources will draw 10 lucky winners every month from those faculty and staff members who complete their PHA during 2010. Each winner will be awarded a $50 debit card. That’s in addition to receiving the medical plan premium reduction — $20 a month or $9.23 biweekly — for completing the PHA.
